Proposal to redevelop existing building into convenience store and
take-out restaurant with seating.

Wednesday, February 8
Meeting location: Circle of Hope, 2009 Frankford Ave. EKNA zoning meeting.
To discuss: 2103 E. Dauphin St. Proposal to build a new construction
two-family dwelling on a vacant lot zoned for single-family.

Redevelopment Authority), who is seeking a variance to build a new
construction two-unit residential building on a vacant lot zoned for
single-family.
