Monthly Meeting (PUBLIC): 2nd Wednesday of each month- Coral Street Arts House 7pm

Introduction: With increased enforcement of codes and with development intensifying now in the 19125 area, builders, owners, and users are having to navigate the existing Philadelphia Zoning Code, often seeking variances to allow for what the code does not.
In 2007, it was decided by the City Supported NKCDC NAC that EKNA handle the community review of zoning applications for properties in the EKNA area.
Zoning reviews are held once a month at the Coral Street Arts House (corner of Coral and Hagert) at 7pm. The public is encouraged to attend.
